Phlomis aurea
An excellent Phlomis species with the coolest aquamarine foliage that emerges a bright gold before settling to a nice blue green. The thick foliage has excellent texture and the yellow flowers are always a delight to pollinators and nectar sipping humans. Easy to grow and does a great job of blocking out weeds beneath it with its leaf drop.
